FT Capital began as Foodtraco Supplies Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based family business with its roots in commodities trading and retail operations.

Today, it operates as a privately held investment group, with interests spanning public markets, real estate, and select private opportunities, alongside ongoing trading and advisory work where relevant.

The group remains family-controlled and privately capitalised, taking a long-term view.
