Kwek Theng Swee
Mr. Kwek Theng Swee founded the group in 1984, which started off in the commodities trading and supermarket business. Over the years, he transformed the group into a diverse investment holding firm, with investments in real estate in Singapore. He also have extensive experience advising C-suite leadership in Singapore, China, and Malaysia.
From 2010-2020, he was the CEO of one of the leading poultry companies in Singapore. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Ee Ho Hsien Association.. And avid contributor to civic society, he previously served as Chairman of FMAS, the SME center for heartland enterprises funded by the Singapore government. He was also served at the DBS Customer Advisory Panel, the IRAS advisory panel, and the Board of the Feedback Unit of Singapore.

Henry Kwek
Henry Kwek has transformed the privately held company into a diversified investment holding company, with interest in real-estate, quantitative finance, and private investments in biotech.
Henry served as a Member of Parliament in Singapore for the Kebun Baru Constituency since 2015. He is currently the chairman of the Ang Mo Kio town council, He currently chairs the Governmental Parliamentary Committee (GPC) for National Development, and is the Deputy Chair of the GPC for Digital Development and Information . He is also a long-standing member of the Foreign Affairs and Defense GPC. He is also passionate about policy in healthcare and longevity science, arts and culture, and traditional Chinese culture.
Henry also previously based in US with McKinsey & Co, and also served at the Singapore Economic Development Board. He graduated from Stanford with a B.A. in Economics and a Masters of Science in Management Science and Engineering.

Trained in material science and engineering, Ming-Ya focus on helping the company evaluate investment opportunities in advances manufacturing sectors, such as semiconductor, biotech and biologics.
Ming-Ya received her Bachelor of Science in Material Science and Engineering from Taipei Technology University in Taiwan.

With 15 years of experience in financial management accounting, Jessvy is the Head of Finance in FT Capital. She also runs the operational management of the real-estate portfolio of FT Capital.
Jessvy Li has a degree in accounting in ACY from ABC university.
